The exclusive class kicks off with a short warm-up, but the intensity quickly surges as you conquer the Climb — a 25-minute segment of interval work using high inclines and the weighted vest. After your ascent, you’ll strip off your vest and perform roughly 10 minutes of moderate-intensity interval running, similar to the programming of a traditional Precision Run class. “We call this our Fly segment and it is truly magical,” says Siik. “You feel light as a feather and fast as lightning. It’s all about the science of decompressing after loading the body.” (These running intervals are optional; members are welcome to power walk through the working efforts, though many people who say they “aren’t runners” end up loving this portion of class.)
Fully Vested, says Siik, is all about “walking with an attitude and walking with greater purpose. In the end, we cracked the code on making walking not just cool, but edgy. That is hard to do.”

While the workout is groundbreaking in its own right, the expert PR coaches and the luxury weighted vests make it all the more exclusive. Available to purchase in the Shop for at-home use, the sleek vests are created for both style and function. “Its design and shape not only allows for a wide range of motion,” says Siik, “it [also] looks tactical, sharp, and a lean into fashion. We wanted people to look as good as they feel in this vest.”
Magnet enclosures secure the weight pockets (rather than typical Velcro), memory foam provides plush comfort, and a sweat-repellent lining keeps you dry. The 2.5-pound weight bricks are equipped with a small handle (similar to a kettlebell), so you’re able to easily pull them in and out of the pockets and hold them in your hands while you walk, if you’d prefer. The cherry on top? The vests are machine washable and dryable, unlike most other options on the market.
The equipment is adaptable to all bodies and fitness levels. You’re in charge of the amount of weight you want to carry. The vest length can be adjusted and the chest weight pockets can be moved to ensure a perfect fit. “To be frank, I wanted to create an experience where people of generational differences, abilities, and needs could tap into walking with more purpose, more style, and much more athletic bravado,” says Siik.

As with traditional rucking, Fully Vested is for everyone. “Incline walking is no longer a workout for those more seasoned in their years — it is for young alike,” says Siik. “It can make someone feel younger and edgier, creating a more dynamic and performance-driven way to do what they do. On the flip side, it really attracts a young demographic who might have thought walking wouldn’t be challenging enough for them.”
Though ages, abilities, and fitness goals may vary between participants, you can expect the same tight-knit community found in other Precision Run classes, says Siik. “People that ruck together are stuck together.”
