To embrace the comforting, indulgent flavors without sacrificing wellness, Brooklyn-based recipe developer Ali Slagle reimagined holiday classics like mulled wine, hot chocolate, and eggnog by swapping in lighter, plant-based ingredients for the usual sugars and rich dairy products.
