Smoked salmon toast with labneh

It’s topped with apples and a lemon-chive yogurt sauce.

This breakfast introduces children to omega-3-rich smoked salmon by pairing it with apples and a cream cheese-like spread called labneh, says Marissa Lippert, RD, a New York City-based nutritionist and owner of Nourish Baby, a food-delivery service for parents and newborns. It’s also texturally balanced, thanks to the toast and fruit, which offer crunch, and the creamy yogurt sauce.
