Lemon-chive labneh

This citrusy whipped-yogurt topping adds creaminess to any dish.

High in calcium, labneh is a whipped yogurt with a cream cheese-like consistency. “You can mix in different herbs, or make a sweet version with honey or maple syrup,” says Marissa Lippert, RD, a New York City-based nutritionist and owner of Nourish Baby, a food-delivery service for parents and newborns.
