Citrus and yogurt pizza

Use two types of oranges for this fruit-forward recipe.

Ingredients

½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey
½ lemon, zested
1 cara cara orange, peeled and sliced
1 mandarin orange, peeled and sliced

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and lemon zest until smooth and fully combined; transfer to an airtight container.

Place breakfast pizza in a separate airtight container and both oranges in a third airtight container; store everything in the fridge.
