Pecan and ginger overnight oats

Nuts give this winter-inspired recipe a dose of healthy fats.

“Oats are a powerful whole grain packed with fiber and the immune-boosting compound beta-glucan,” says Lisa Hayim, R.D., a registered nutritionist based in New York City and founder of The Well Necessities. “They contain a special type of naturally occurring sugar that has been shown to lower cholesterol.”
