Lead vocalist Mathew Ramsey shares his favorite workout songs.

Country band Old Dominion is influenced by everything from The Eagles to John Mayer and Julia Michaels. Their latest album Happy Endings, which debuts on August 25th, reflects this wide range—as do band member Matthew Ramsey’s workoutsong choices. “There’s something about exercise on the road that gives you a minute to center yourself, it’s like therapy,” says Ramsey, who notes that his picks don’t mirror your typical “pump up” playlist. “I’ll jump rope to Elvis Presley,” he says, or listen to chill musicwhen doing yoga or even HIIT. “Putting headphones on and listening while you’re physical in any way definitely clears your mind.” Here, Ramsey shares some of his favorite tracks.
