A smoky, zesty New Year's Eve cocktail from Chicago bar owner, Billy Helmkamp.
Lime juice gives this cocktail (and your immune system) a boost of vitamin C.
Ingredients:
1 ounce mezcal
1 ounce Green Chartreuse
1 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 maraschino cherry for garnish
Directions:Shake together ingredients for a single serving, strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a maraschino cherry. Go heavier on the mezcal if you love the taste.
